The 4 Man Flag Football Playbook includes animations of 36 flag football plays. The plays are broken down into 5 categories: Spread, Twins, Tight, Bunch, and Handoff.
The app features a full playbook. Some plays are designed to pick up the 5-10 yards most successful teams use to work the ball down the field.
4 man flag football is a game of speed and finesse. These plays are designed to maximize your teams speed and quickness.
There are various formations provided with the app:
Spread - 1 receiver on each side of center lined up outside.
Twins - 2 receivers on one side lined up outside.
Tight - 1 receiver lined up next to the center, other receiver lined up outside.
Bunch - both receivers lined up next to center (either on one side or on each side)
Handoff - not really a formation, just options to utilize the handoff if you league allows it.
